Emily T. Walsh is an experienced attorney based in Jacksonville, Florida. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, where she served on the executive board of the Innocence Initiative as the Education Chair. During her time at Stetson, Emily also participated in several study abroad programs. She studied International Economic Law in Granada, Spain and International Criminal Law in The Hague, Netherlands.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. During her time at the University of Central Florida, she interned with the Orange County Veteran and Drug Diversion Programs. She also spent a semester studying abroad at the Anglo-American University in Prague, Czech Republic.
Since graduating law school, Emily has focused her practice primarily on First Party Property Litigation. She has experience representing both insurers and insureds.
Emily is admitted to practice law in Florida, U.S District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Southern District of Florida.
